"Deborah came in the beginning of our transition when we didn’t know what to do. She helped guide our organizational transformation that was mandated by the federal government. The OCAI instrument clearly demonstrated the differences in our current and desired states for the organizational culture. Deborah facilitated the follow-on meetings with our geographically and culturally diverse senior management to create the action plan. It was effective based on our success to date: recognition by peers (FCW 100 award); continued growth in customer base (voluntary); and continued support by stakeholders to provide new services."

"The Dynamic Journey Scenario Development and Workshop provided our leadership team an opportunity to examine future possibilities that will impact our service in Washington DC. Participation gave us better understanding of current realities and evoked creative, option thinking to meet future needs. Team member reaction was very positive with an added benefit of increased cooperation within the organization. This can be a valuable tool for any organization facing an uncertain future.
